In Excel, how do you show a date in the normal date fashion instead of as a serial number? - show me the serial number of x-blades
In Excel, the number appears as "11/27/07" in the formula bar, but point out that 39,413 of the table. I tried to format the cell. The survey shows that "11/27/07", but if I get "Enter", I am the serial number 39,413. Thank you.

If the cell uses the date as part of a formula in another cell, this problem occurs. Is that what you do? Please, please, more details on the syntax of the building and see what I can do.
ReplyDeleteClick the cell, choose Format Cells, then play on the Number tab, and with different date formats, until you find one that suits you. Copy to other cells, double-click on the pencil icon in the toolbar and click each cell you want to apply to stop A. Click on the brush.
