Who could take ibuprofen or Motrin, but I do not draw. What could we, of course, relieve pressure on my head?

    I have my face with steam assistance. Sometimes I eat something with lots of hot sauce in it open that can my nose and my head - which also help. In addition, you can use a little Vick menthol in each nostril, put your face before steaming. HTH!
